Employment Opportunities......

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

In this modern world, ‘UNEMPLOYMENT’ is a major concern for all developed and developing countries. The governing bodies all over the world are trying their best to tackle this grave situation. Even developed countries like USA, UK, Italy, Germany and other European countries are unable to provide proper employment to their citizens. Developing countries like India, Brazil and other Asian countries also struggles to provide jobs to the unemployed youth. In addition to this, some countries are reeling under financial recession and low industrial growth. During the periods of recession, countries experience high unemployment rate in their countries. In India surveys reveal that the growth in industry, production and cultivation etc. are also behind the projected growth.

Every year, students, after completing their tough academic sessions face difficulties to get suitable jobs as per their choice. Many of them get jobs which may be of no connection with their studies. They are forced to take up these jobs for earning money for them and for their families. Students with high marks are offered employment by internationally reputed companies through campus interviews with good salary packages. Lakhs and lakhs of professionals in different streams are passing out every year in India dreaming of a suitable profession. International companies especially in the field of Information Technology are in favour of giving preference to bright Indian students as they excel in their respective fields.

India, which is the second most populated country in the world lacks proper infrastructure to promote different abilities the people have. The rapid growth in population is one of the main causes for unemployment. The emerging labour force requires creation of new job opportunities in large scale. The youth force in the country is the largest in the world. Many of them are uneducated and unable to find employment properly.

To increase our domestic growth in every field, proper guidance and help from the concerned authorities should go to suitable persons. Self employment has to be encouraged with full support from the government providing proper financial assistance and guidance. Multinational companies must be encouraged to invest in India provided these companies provide employment to Indian citizens.
